I started to say that I got really lazy when it came to our Halloween Décor this year, but what with the Cruise, Hurricane, my baby’s pneumonia, and selling our house and moving in the next month, I don’t think it’s so much laziness, as complete lack of time. Either way, I did manage to quite literally toss a few things out for Halloween. Since we’re saving every penny for the big move, I tried to stick to a frugal budget. I kinda love the stuff that I put out though. It’s not over the top, but it’s just enough to make it feel Halloweeny around here. It is possible to do cheap, easy Halloween décor… here’s the proof!
Tonight in Suburbialand we have a little pre-trick-or-treating pizza party in our cul-de-sac and then everyone will head out on the golf carts. I can’t wait to see the costumes and decorations, but I’m more excited to see Lila’s reaction to it all. I hope that you all have a really fun and festive Halloween!
Coming up this week, our planned projects for the new yet-to-be-named casa, and another installment of the JSH Baby Time series, “What to Take with You to the Children’s Hospital ER.”
